Earth speaks:

Some of you have been here for a long time. You hear my voice, you know the rhythms of this place, how to flow with the intensity of it all, how to not take too seriously stress or “failure” or “mistakes,” how to relish in conflict as the flower that brings the fruit, if pollinated.

Some among you are brand new here. They are lost, confused, overwhelmed by the hardships and suffering. They struggle with persistent existential crisis and often feel like they are just barely keeping their heads above water. Be patient with them. Teach them, if they’ll let you. Offer them an orientation to life on Earth, if they’ll receive it. Welcome them warmly, and have patience. They will surely challenge your non-hierarchical knowing. And this is good, for it must be strengthened. With all that is coming, it must be strengthened.

La Tierra habla:

Algunos de ustedes han estado aquí por mucho tiempo. Escuchan mi voz, conocen los ritmos de este lugar, como fluir con la intensidad de todo, como no tomar demasiado en serio el estrés, el “fracaso,” o los “errores,” como disfrutar del conflicto como el flor que da fruta, si se poliniza.

Y algunos otros entre ustedes son completamente nuevos. Están perdidos, confundidos, abrumados por los dificultades y sufrimiento. Sufren una crisis existencial persistente y a menudo se siente como si apenas pueden mantenerse a flote. Ten paciencia con ellos. Enséñales, si te dejan hacerlo. Ofréceles una orientación a la vida terrenal, so lo recibirán. Dales la bienvenida calurosamente, y ten paciencia. Van a desafiar tu conocimiento no jerárquico. Esto es bueno, porque tiene que ser fortalecido. Cono todo que viene, necesita ser fortlaecido.
